Desi yaari Event Entry & Conduct Guidelines

Please read and follow the rules below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone:

Entry & Registration

This is a private event — only registered members are allowed. No outsiders or unregistered guests will be permitted.

Please keep your QR codes ready for verification at the entrance.

No re-entry will be allowed once you exit the venue.

Valid ID may be requested for age verification.

Conduct & Safety

Please behave respectfully with all guests and crew members.

Harassment, abusive language, or misconduct may lead to immediate removal.

Drink responsibly — strictly do not drink and drive.

Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking zones.

No substances or illegal items are permitted inside the premises.

In case of any emergency, reach out to crew members with IYA tags.

Venue Rules

No outside food or drinks are allowed inside.

Do not litter — please use the designated dustbins.

Be mindful of venue property; damages may result in penalties.

Respect the queue and follow instructions from security and staff at all times.

Come on time(and sober) to enjoy networking and vibe of the event, There is an affordable bar arranged in the venue with tasty snacks and drinks, Take a look at the menu below

There is no dinner at the venue, if you’d to dine please plan accordingly before or after the event.

Photography & Media

Event photographers may capture photos and videos during the event.

Do not take unwanted or intrusive photos/videos of other guests.

By entering the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed as part of general event coverage.

Age & Family Guidelines

This event is not recommended for children.

Guests below 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
